Bradley is the owner of this full-service general construction, home building, and remodeling/renovation company. He is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida, a registered contractor with the Federal government, and a certified renovator with the EPA. In addition, he has completed the OSHA training course to ensure workplace safety.
Dennis is a Senior Project Manager with Structure Builders. In addition, he is a Real Estate Broker of his own company in Florida and Tennessee. He also has past experience as a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a multifaceted, 50-year-old construction materials firm, which included a publicly traded company.

Bradley has an associate of arts degree from Broward College where he graduated with high honors. Leveraging his more than 20 years of construction management experience, which included tenure with a high-end new home builder, he has the necessary knowledge and expertise in construction to deliver high quality jobs on time and on budget. His tasks include:
He takes pride in his more than 40 years of real estate experience. This included hands-on construction and development through working in the family’s construction company. Dennis has performed extensive due diligence for the acquisition of commercial, residential, raw land, and home building companies and condo conversion with a successful sellout generating in excess of 100% returns to investors.
As a property manager with total profit and loss statement responsibilities, he is experienced in obtaining necessary approvals and construction/development financing for new projects resulting in substantially appreciated values. Dennis also served as a consultant to numerous national and international real estate companies in terms of organizational and human resource management.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida and began his career as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, formerly, Coopers & Lybrand. Working as a CPA, he performed audits on Broward Hospital district and real estate companies.
