“Structure Builders General Contractors did such a wonderful job with my specially adapted housing renovation. They worked closely with the Veterans Administration to get all the necessary approvals and inspections.

As a disabled veteran, they communicated with me at every step along the way to make sure that my needs were met and that my home was perfectly accessible. They built a roll-in shower for me and a concrete ramp up to my front door. They also widened some door openings and made my patio higher so that I can access it without a step-down or ramp.

Brad and Dennis worked closely with the VA from start to finish ensuring everything was done right. They even came back after the job was completed to make some small adjustments to make my life even easier. This remodel has changed my life! “The contractor delivered everything that he promised for exterior painting of our home. Brad explained everything they were going to do upfront and made sure we understood exactly what we were paying for. The quality of the work was very high. When additional work was requested (some stucco that needed patching), he quoted us a fair price and made sure the job was done right, replacing the rotted plywood and not just filling in the cracks, and even though this added time to the painting of the house, that did not cost us extra.

I did a lot of research prior to selecting a contractor. My only hesitation was that I could not find one negative review.
